IT Operations & Support Specialist

Salary: $49,920 - 49,920 per year Requirements:

• Strong troubleshooting aptitude with the ability to resolve technical issues independently
• Experience supporting Windows-based environments
• Working knowledge of Linux, including command-line use, file systems, and basic networking concepts
• Basic networking understanding, including TCP/IP, switches, IP addressing, and connectivity troubleshooting
• Strong organizational ability and close attention to detail
• Capability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining quality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-directed approach with a track record of ownership and follow-through
• Comfort working directly with customers by phone and remotely
• Technical support experience of 2 years

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer issues
• Test software releases and record results before deployment
• Configure and stage servers and hardware for customer installations
• Prepare systems for deployment and verify quality before shipment
• Handle shipping, receiving, inventory, and procurement activities
• Document work accurately and keep records organized
• Spot issues early and drive tasks through to completion
