Job Summary As a Home Therapies Registered Nurse with Premier Home Dialysis Services, you'll play a pivotal role in improving the lives of our patients. You'll provide exceptional care while training and educating patients and their care partners on in-home dialysis modalities. Key Responsibilities Training and Education: Provide comprehensive training to patients and care partners on in-home dialysis therapies,focusing on safe practices and promoting their independence. Clinical Care: Manage the ongoing care of home dialysis patients,including regular assessments,treatment plan development and modifications,and coordination with physicians and other healthcare providers. Quality Assurance: Adhere to established clinical protocols and regulatory guidelines,ensuring high-quality care and patient safety. Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely patient records,documenting all treatment,education,and communication. Travel: Be prepared to travel to patients' homes within your assigned region. Ideal Candidate Profile Registered Nurse: Possess a current,unrestricted RN license in the state of practice. Dialysis Experience: Prior dialysis experience is highly preferred,but we are committed to your development - even if you have no experience in the field!
