" Patient Ratios : 1:4 or 1:5
" Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Nursing and PCT
" Type of equipment: baxter pump, SCD, Telemetry, 12 lead EKG, OGT w/TF, high flow oxygen
" Documentation system: Meditech Expanse
" Scheduling requirements: 36 hours, 3 weekend shifts every 4 weeks
" Floating policy: Will take same ratio as unit floated to
" Patient Experience requirements:

Requested Skill Set:

Must have: 1-2 years of PCU experience

Advanced skills needed: Occasional trach/vent, chest tube management, trauma patients utilizing pulmonary toilet
