We have a diverse menu that requires speed and accurate preparation, and you should feel proud of each item you prepare.* Our Kitchen is well designed with large working areas. We have Line Cook positions in Salad, Fry, Sauté, Grill and Make Up, along with Kitchen Prep Cooks.* Responsible for maintaining equipment and the cleanliness of your surroundings in the kitchen.* Working as a team to achieve standards in preparation and delivery of food items.* Prepares food with proper safety equipment, tools, and recipe standards.* Restocks kitchen and cook line as needed.* Commitment to food safety, cleanliness, job safety and sanitation standards.* Demonstrates teamwork by supporting all areas of the restaurant as business needs arise. Teamwork is essential and expected of all Outbackers.REQUIREMENTS:* Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs.* Able to work in hot and cold environments.* Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours per shift.* Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping.* Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems.* Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment.* Visual ability to include distance, close, color, depth and peripheral. Also, the ability to adjust focus as needed.
