Registered Nurse (RN), Emergency Room, Weekend Option

$30.50 - $46.80 (actual rate based on experience, skills, training, certifications and education) Position Overview This role is a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Room team at St. Joseph's Hospital, Highland, IL. The RN will coordinate and perform acute patient care at the bedside, focused on patient-centered care. Position Specifics Department: Emergency Room Core Function: Nursing Schedule: Full Time, Nights, Weekend Option Facility: St. Joseph's Hospital Location: Highland, IL Sign On Bonus: $20,000 Scheduled Weekly Hours: 36 Education Qualifications Graduate from an accredited school of nursing accepted for licensure in state of practice is required. Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing is preferred. Experience Qualifications Critical Care Nursing experience is preferred. Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required. Multi-state RN license acceptable under Nurse Licensure Compact. Basic Life Support (BLS) is required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required based on patient population. Specialty certifications such as Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) and Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) are preferred.
