The Community Association team is expanding and seeking an experienced Paralegal to join a growing team handling sophisticated community association matters. This role is ideal for a seasoned paralegal who values meticulous attention to detail collaborative teamwork and long-term professional stability within a supportive firm environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage a high volume of association documents including demand letters meeting notice packages board resolutions certificates of amendment and special assessment packages with accuracy and efficiency
• Draft and record legal documents via electronic filing platforms and prepare corresponding transmittal letters and client correspondence
• Oversee accuracy of condominium and homeowner association governing documents including declarations articles of incorporation bylaws and certificates of amendment
• Maintain MRTA logs coordinate title searches and governing document orders while managing follow-ups and preparing notice to preserve and revitalization packages

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department with exposure to community association law preferred
• Strong organizational communication and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite electronic filing platforms and document management systems
