We welcome individuals who are currently pursuing an undergraduate (BS) and/or graduate (MS) degree to participate in paid intern opportunities at our site in Plymouth, MN. Through this role you will gain meaningful, hands-on experience working for a HealthTech company. **Your role:*** Support the planning and execution of learning and talent development initiatives across the Image Guided Therapy Devices (IGTD) business, including leadership development, onboarding, mentoring, intern programming, and learning strategy execution.* Work closely with the Director of Learning & Development and cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate learning programs, registrations, surveys, communications, and development events.* Create learning resources, facilitator materials, job aids, and communications, while analyzing program feedback and learning metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.* Gain hands-on experience with learning technology and AI-enabled learning solutions, including Microsoft Copilot and LinkedIn Learning, while contributing to digital learning and AI fluency initiatives. **You're the right fit if:*** You are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in: **Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Education, Communications**, or a related field.* Your skills include strong organizational and project coordination capabilities, excellent written and verbal communication, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications: Microsoft Copilot, Forms, SharePoint, Teams, or Learning Management Systems is a plus, as is an interest in leadership development, talent management, employee experience, or organizational effectiveness.* You're an analytical and collaborative problem solver who is interested in learning and development, employee development, and working across a global, matrixed medical technology organization.* You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. **How we work together**We believe that we are better together than apart.
