We are seeking a Commercial Account Manager to lead business development efforts, grow existing commercial accounts, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. What You'll Do Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients. Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic sales activities. Conduct facility inspections and identify opportunities for service expansion. Present customized solutions that address customer needs and protect their business. Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and close sales opportunities. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Partner with operations teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention. Maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurately track activities within company systems. Participate in local business organizations and community events to increase market presence. Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. High School Diploma or equivalent required Valid driver's license required Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid) Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients Preferred Qualifications B2B sales experience. Commercial service industry experience. Experience managing large accounts and multi-location customers. Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management. Physical Demands / Working Conditions Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations: Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
