CT Technologist

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in CT imaging and deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

This position requires availability for shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM.

Responsibilities

Perform CT scans in accordance with established protocols and standards.
Ensure the quality control procedures for CT imaging are followed consistently.
Maintain a safe environment by adhering to safety regulations and practices.
Organize patient care effectively and prioritize tasks appropriately.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of medical and surgical aseptic procedures.
Assist in positioning patients correctly to obtain the best imaging results.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of CT experience is required.
ARRT certification is mandatory.
ARRT CT registry is required.
A valid New York state license is necessary.

Skills

Strong knowledge of anatomical posture and positions.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
