Description Role and Responsibilities The Client Solutions Partner is responsible for managing existing clients and empowering these clients to maximize Evention's automated accounting solutions. Cultivate client relationships and explore upsell opportunities. Focus on client-retention strategies. Location Chicago Location Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Position Requirements Tasks include, but are not limited to: Managing accounts alongside Account Executives and Directors of Business Development?? Demonstrating thorough knowledge of services and value proposition? Collaborating with Evention's Client Success Team to communicate when existing Evention users may require extra attention? Problem solving client challenges and assisting in solutions to build trust and create a great client experience Cultivating relationships through calls, meetings, and digital sales campaigns? Contributing to quarterly and annual sales goals? Adapting to new technology and encompass high-level organization skills ? Performing outstanding verbal and written communication skills?
