Business Development & Marketing Senior Manager

Business Development & Marketing Senior Manager 180-200k, Hybrid. Liberty Personnel is partnered with an established Law Firm in NYC seeking to add an experienced Business Development & Marketing Senior Manager to their team. Responsibilities Partner with attorneys and practice group leaders to develop and execute business development and marketing strategies. Support client development initiatives, including identifying new business opportunities and strengthening existing client relationships. Lead responses to RFPs, pitches, presentations, and other business development materials. Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, sponsorships, and client-facing programs. Assist with practice group planning, market research, competitive intelligence, and industry analysis. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus. 7+ years of business development and/or marketing experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment. Experience supporting attorneys, practice groups, or client development initiatives.
