About the Role: A Plus Mobile Fleet Service Inc is looking for a skilled Mobile Diesel Mechanic to join our team in Brea, CA! This is a hands-on, on-the-go opportunity for a motivated technician who thrives working independently and keeping commercial fleets running at peak performance. Responsibilities: Perform on-site diesel engine diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance at customer locations Troubleshoot and repair heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and commercial fleet vehicles Conduct brake inspections, repairs, and adjustments in compliance with DOT regulations Service and repair electrical systems, cooling systems, transmissions, and drivetrains Complete accurate work orders and document parts used and services performed Maintain and organize mobile service truck, tools, and inventory Communicate professionally with customers regarding repair status and recommendations Requirements: Proven experience as a diesel mechanic, preferably in a mobile or fleet service environment Strong knowledge of heavy-duty diesel engines (Cummins, Detroit, Paccar, etc.) Proficiency with diagnostic software and tools Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL a plus Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision Familiarity with DOT compliance and safety regulations Own tools preferred; reliable and detail-oriented work ethic About Us: A Plus Mobile Fleet Service Inc is a trusted name in mobile diesel repair and fleet maintenance serving the Brea, CA area and surrounding communities.
