OTG is seeking a creative, detail oriented Junior Associate, Graphic Design & Social Media to support both the Creative Services and Marketing Communications teams. This hybrid role is ideal for an early career marketer who is passionate about visual storytelling, content creation, social media engagement, and brand development. The Junior Associate will assist with the creation of print and digital marketing materials, support social media content development and publishing, maintain brand assets, and help manage community engagement across OTG's social platforms. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced hospitality environment while developing skills across graphic design, digital marketing, content creation, and brand communications. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, collaborative, and eager to learn. They should have a strong eye for design, a passion for social media trends, and an interest in creating engaging guest experiences through both visual and digital channels. Candidates must submit a portfolio showcasing graphic design, content creation, and social media work. In This Role, You Will: Graphic Design & Creative Support Assist the Creative Services team with day-to-day design requests across print and digital channels. Create and update menus, promotional materials, signage, presentations, and other branded marketing assets. Ensure all creative executions align with OTG brand standards and visual guidelines. Translate marketing objectives into compelling visual content that supports business goals and guest engagement. Maintain organized libraries of creative assets, photography, design files, and templates. Prepare files for print production and coordinate with vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials. Support creative storytelling initiatives across restaurant concepts, airport locations, and brand campaigns. Social Media & Content Support Management of OTG's social media channels, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging platforms. Create, edit, and publish engaging social media content, including graphics, photography, short form video, stories, and captions. Help maintain social media content calendars and scheduling platforms. Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, guest inquiries, and brand mentions, escalating issues when necessary. Assist in community management by engaging with followers and supporting customer service responses. Research social media trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to support content strategy. Track basic social media performance metrics and contribute insights for ongoing optimization. Support the execution of social campaigns, promotions, partnerships, and airport activations. Collaboration & Brand Management Partner closely with Marketing Communications, Operations, and external partners to execute business initiatives, hands on in the field. Contribute ideas during creative brainstorming, campaign planning, and content development sessions. Help ensure consistency of messaging, design, and brand voice across all customer touchpoints. Stay informed on emerging design tools, social media platforms, and industry best practices. Qualifications/Criteria: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field. 1-3 years of relevant experience, including internships, freelance work, campus organizations, or entry-level professional experience. Strong interest in graphic design, social media marketing, content creation, and brand storytelling. Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Familiarity with Canva, social media management tools, and short form video editing platforms. Portfolio demonstrating design skills, creative thinking, and visual storytelling. Understanding of typography, layout, branding, and design fundamentals. Strong written communication and copywriting skills. Knowledge of major social media platforms and current content trends. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment. Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills. Positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and eagerness to learn. Experience creating Instagram Reels or other short form video assets. Basic photography and photo editing skills. Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting. Knowledge of hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer brands. Experience with motion graphics, animation, video editing, or illustration is a plus.
