What You'll Do

  • Provide high-quality critical care to ICU patients in a fast-paced environment
  • Monitor and assess patient conditions, adjusting care plans accordingly
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient treatment
  • Document patient care accurately using EPIC or similar electronic health record systems
  • Educate patients and families on care procedures and health management
  • Maintain safety protocols and infection control standards
  • Adapt nursing practices to the needs of diverse patient populations

What You Need

  • Required:
    • Valid RN license in Louisiana
    • Minimum 2 years ICU experience
    • BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
    • EPIC documentation experience
  • Preferred:
    • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
    • Certification in relevant clinical specialties
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills
