Human Resources Specialist

CubeSmart is seeking a Human Resources Specialist for a hybrid role with two days remote (Monday, Friday) and three days onsite (Tuesday-Thursday). You will handle new hire I-9s, unemployment claims, teammate status changes, policy development and administration, and employee relations in collaboration with HR Business Partners, Operations, and Legal teams.
