Education Program Specialist

The Education Program Specialist drives brand preference and demand for Caleffi solutions by organizing key training initiatives. This role bridges education program management and sales follow-up. Collaborates with Caleffi subject matter experts and manufacturer representatives to develop programs to educate contractors, wholesalers, and system designers on the design, function, and application of plumbing and hydronic products. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Curriculum Development: Partner with internal stakeholders and manufacturer reps to identify training gaps, define target audiences, and create compelling instructional materials. Training Material Development: Execute high-impact in-person presentations and hands-on product demonstrations in coordination with subject matter experts. Assist in hosting virtual webinars and video-conferencing sessions as required. Field Intelligence : Conduct job site visits to gain market insights, stay ahead of competitive trends, and provide technical troubleshooting support. Product Feedback Loop : Provide critical field input to headquarters to support new product development and the evolution of commercial programs. Accountability: Proactively follow up on technical inquiries and business opportunities identified during training sessions. Knowledge and Skills Educational Prowess: Proven track record of developing effective technical training programs and materials. Communication: Exceptional public speaking and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging both large audiences and individuals. Organization: A disciplined self-starter with the ability to manage programs well and keep track of projects in collaborative project management platforms (Notion or similar). Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and digital presentation tools. Professional Growth: A demonstrated desire to take on increasing levels of leadership and responsibility. Technical Background : High mechanical aptitude preferred but not required. Work Environment and Travel Milwaukee-based Hybrid Model: Based in a home office for approximately 20% of the week, with the remainder dedicated to field travel. Travel Requirements: Ability to travel up to 20% within the US and Canada, with occasional international travel to Europe. Logistics: Requires a valid Passport, a clean driver’s license, and a reliable, insured personal vehicle. Occasional weekend travel for trade shows or international events may be required. Physical Demands Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and communicate effectively via speech and hearing. Must be able to use hands to handle or feel objects and tools. Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds (e.g., demonstration equipment). Visual acuity requirements: Close/distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
