Job Description

A Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) is required to support physical therapy services, assisting in the treatment and rehabilitation of patients. The PTA will collaborate with the physical therapist to implement treatment plans, document patient progress, and educate patients and their families about therapy techniques.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on therapy procedures and home exercises.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current PTA license in the state of practice.
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
