Quality Control Inspector

Electrical QA/QC Data Center Inspector $40–$50/hr DOE + Per Diem | Nationwide Travel (~95%) | Base: GA | Direct Hire We are seeking an experienced Electrical QA/QC Data Center Inspector to support mission‑critical construction projects across the U.S. This role is responsible for ensuring electrical installations meet strict quality, safety, and compliance standards in high‑performance data center environments. Key Responsibilities Perform QA/QC inspections on electrical systems including: Medium- and low-voltage switchgear UPS systems, PDUs, generators, and transformers Cable tray, conduit, and grounding systems Verify compliance with: Project drawings and specifications NEC and applicable electrical codes Client commissioning standards Additional responsibilities: Review and track submittals, RFIs, and as‑built documentation Witness and document electrical testing, including: Megger (insulation resistance) testing Torque verification Pre‑functional and functional testing Identify deficiencies and ensure timely corrective actions Maintain detailed QA/QC reports, logs, and inspection records Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and commissioning teams Qualifications 3+ years of experience in electrical QA/QC or field inspection Strong preference for data center / mission‑critical experience (required) Solid understanding of electrical distribution systems and NEC Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics Strong documentation and communication skills Preferred Certifications NICET (Electrical) OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 NFPA 70E Compensation & Benefits $40–$50/hr DOE + per diem Nationwide travel (high‑volume project pipeline) Long‑term career growth in the rapidly expanding data center sector Exposure to high‑profile mission‑critical projects Competitive benefits package INDH #J-18808-Ljbffr
