Paid Marketing Specialist

About the Role We’re looking for a Paid Marketing Specialist who knows how to turn dollars into serious growth. You’ll own and optimize our paid channels—driving traffic, conversions, and brand love across platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and beyond. This role is equal parts analytical and creative: you love the numbers and the scroll‑stopping content. Responsibilities Own day‑to‑day management of paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) Launch, test, and scale campaigns across multiple channels Continuously optimize for performance (ROAS, CPA, CTR, LTV) Analyze data and translate it into clear, actionable insights Partner with the creative team to develop high‑performing ads (UGC, video, static) Build and manage a testing roadmap (audiences, creatives, landing pages) Monitor budgets and allocate spend for maximum efficiency Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and new opportunities Qualifications 2–5+ years running paid media campaigns Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience Proven track record of scaling paid channels Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads (TikTok is a big plus) Strong understanding of attribution, funnels, and conversion tracking Comfortable working in spreadsheets and analytics tools Bonus: experience with creative strategy or UGC Portfolio : examples of campaigns you’ve worked on with metrics included What We Offer If you don’t meet every single qualification but are excited about this role, we still encourage you to apply—we value potential and culture fit just as much as experience.
