Physical Therapist – Fort Lauderdale Outpatient Orthopedic Role Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL Position: Physical Therapist Work Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapy Office Office Assignment: One office location only Pay: $50–$55 per hour Schedule: Flexible schedule available We are seeking a Physical Therapist in Fort Lauderdale, FL for an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy office. This role is focused on helping patients improve function after injury, surgery, pain, weakness, or movement limitations. As a PT in this setting, you will evaluate patients, create treatment plans, and provide active rehabilitation that supports long-term improvement. The position is ideal for someone who wants a clear outpatient clinic role with flexible scheduling, one office location, and a strong benefits package. Schedule Options: 4-day workweek with 10-hour shifts Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Responsibilities: Complete physical therapy evaluations and progress assessments Create individualized orthopedic treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, functional movement training, and patient education Adjust plans of care based on patient response and outcomes Teach home exercise programs and recovery strategies Document evaluations, daily treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries Collaborate with staff to maintain organized patient care Active Florida Physical Therapist License DPT Degree or MSPT Degree Outpatient experience preferred Full benefits included Health insurance Dental and vision insurance 401K with company match 21 days PTO Move your Physical Therapist career forward in Fort Lauderdale with a role that supports steady patient progress and better movement.
