RESIDENTIAL REHAB COORDINATOR $22

Residential Rehab Coordinator Aspire Health and Community Services seeks a dedicated Residential Rehab Coordinator to lead and support adult behavioral health clients in our residential program. Key Responsibilities Advocate for client caseload. Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans. Oversee medication management. Manage fiscal resources for client services. Act as primary liaison for service providers, family, and guardians. Document client notes using an electronic health record system. Perform administrative, communication, and reporting tasks. Enter clinical notes into Avatar and review peer notes for clarity and accuracy. Report incidents to the Site Manager and relevant providers while maintaining confidentiality. Education & Experience High school diploma and at least one year of field‑related experience; AS or BA in a health‑care related field preferred. Required Qualifications Excellent communication and writing skills. Time‑management and organizational skills for multiple priorities. Ability to remain calm and de‑escalate stressful situations. Good judgment and problem‑solving abilities. Dependable and flexible. Team‑building and leadership skills. Capacity to build therapeutic relationships with challenging clients.Computer proficiency and willingness to learn electronic health record systems. Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and access to a personal vehicle. Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience; benefits package available.
