Registered Nurse - ER 32 hours, Nights

Responsibilities Utilize the Nursing Process for the delivery and management of patient care from admission to discharge, appropriate to the developmental age of the patient population. Perform patient assessment/reassessment according to standard procedure. Develop and coordinate individual plan of care including discharge planning. Direct, supervise, coordinate and evaluate nursing care within the assigned clinical setting. Delegate appropriately to others in accordance with job description and competency level. Qualifications Current Massachusetts nursing licensure and registration. BLS certification (AHA or ARC) required within 30 days of hire. ACLS certification (AHA) required for select areas (Gannett, MP1, ICU, ED, Cath Lab, Endo, IR, PACU, Float Pool) within 6 months or first scheduled course offering. PALS certification (AHA) required for select areas (PACU, ED) within 6 months or first scheduled course offering. NRP Advanced Provider certification (AAP) required for select areas (Maternity) within 6 months or first scheduled course offering. Bachelor of Science degree in nursing highly preferred. Thorough knowledge of nursing discipline; equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute if certification is not required. Compensation & Schedule Exemption Status: Non‑Exempt Hiring Range: $37.75 – $79.52 per hour; final offer may vary based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Schedule: Holidays – Every Other Holiday, Sunday through Saturday; Weekends – Every Other Weekend. Shift: 3 – Night Shift, 8 hours (United States of America). Scheduled Hours: 11p.m. – 7a.m.; 32 hours per week. Cost Center: 26000 – 2340 Emergency Room. Union: MNA‑Milford Regional Medical Center (Massachusetts Nurses Association).
