Your Responsibilities

* Identify and engage potential healthcare candidates leveraging our exclusive platform along with your existing network

* Introduce MLR's exciting opportunities to prospective candidates and assess their interest

* Coordinate meetings between candidates and recruiters for comprehensive screening

* Follow up with prospects to nurture their interest and assist them through the hiring process

* Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system

* Earn commissions for scheduled meetings, interviews generated, and successful placements from your leads

Essentials for Success

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
