Physical Therapist

Job Summary Provides personalized physical therapy treatment for patients across all age groups, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to promote health and recovery. Key Responsibilities Conducts patient assessments, develops, implements, and adjusts individualized treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations. Communicates effectively with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare professionals, respecting cultural diversity. Maintains departmental policies, safety, infection control, and quality improvement initiatives. Mentors and trains students and staff, fostering professional growth and department cohesion. Participates in evidence-based practices, professional development, and peer reviews. Prepares documentation, assists with discharge planning, and recommends adaptive equipment to maximize patient function. Identifies stressors, develops coping strategies, and promotes a positive team environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent and Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
