We're looking for an experienced Field Marketing Manager to recruit, train, and run a team of canvassers who generate leads and set appointments for our sales team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who's been in the field and knows how to turn activity into results.

What You'll Do

• Recruit, hire, and onboard canvassers
• Train reps on door-to-door approach, scripts, and appointment setting
• Run daily huddles, set activity goals, and track performance
• Plan and manage territory routes and coverage
• Hold the team accountable to door knocks, leads, and appointments set
• Represent Feazel as a trusted, nationally recognized brand

You Need

• Proven door-to-door / field marketing experience (required)
• Experience leading, training, or coaching a team
• High energy and a competitive mindset you can instill in others
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing daily metrics
