Role Overview

+ Job Title: Performing Loan Consultant

+ Start Date: May 25, 2026

+ Location: Tempe, AZ 85288 (Onsite, 5 days/week)

+ Shift: Primarily 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (training schedule varies initially)

What You'll Do

+ Handle inbound and outbound calls with homeowners to resolve mortgage servicing questions and past?due payments

+ Identify customer needs, document interactions accurately, and create practical payment solutions

+ Deliver professional, empathetic customer service while meeting performance and compliance standards

Qualifications

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ 1+ year of customer service experience; call center or financial services experience is a plus

+ Strong phone communication skills with the ability to work in a fast?paced environment

+ Comfortable using Windows?based systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

+ Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and reliability

+ Bilingual Spanish/English candidates strongly encouraged (English?only roles also available)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
