• 1:3 call schedule with heavy clinic volumes
• Only urologists serving northern New Mexico
• High patient demand with demanding call schedule
• Required procedures include lithotripsy and radical prostatectomy
• Experience with kidney stones and prostate procedures needed
• Robotics experience preferred
• Critical role in both clinical and call services
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
