Team Lead - AAPI Dock Team - LinOS

We are seeking an experienced **Team Lead** to empower and grow a talented development team while ensuring technical excellence in delivering LinOS features. This role combines people leadership with technical guidance-you'll mentor your team, foster collaboration, and bridge business needs with innovative technical solutions.This is a REMOTE role.Key ResponsibilitiesPeople Leadership- Mentor and develop team members through regular 1:1s, supporting career growth and removing obstacles- Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture with strong engagement and morale- Champion knowledge sharing through code reviews, pair programming, and technical training- Partner with management on team performance, growth opportunities, and organizational needsTechnical Leadership- Collaborate with Product Owners and Architecture teams to translate business needs into effective technical solutions- Guide backlog refinement and ensure code quality through reviews and technical standards- Provide technical expertise for production issues and participate in L3 support rotation- Facilitate cross-team communication and coordinate with other teams on shared solutionsWhat You'll BringLeadership Experience- 8+ years of software engineering experience with proven leadership or mentoring capabilities- Strong interpersonal and communication skills-you coach, motivate, and inspire team members- Experience collaborating with distributed engineering teams across different locations- Ability to balance technical contributions with people developmentTechnical Expertise- 3+ years of working with warehouse management systems- Proficiency with Java and the JVM ecosystem- Strong database experience, including design, optimization, and performance tuning- Full-stack debugging and troubleshooting capabilities- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD practicesWhy Join Lineage?Lead a talented team working on cutting-edge warehouse technology that feeds the world.
