As a Medical Technologist Lead joining our team, you're embracing a vital mission dedicated to making communities healthier.How you'll contributeA Medical Technologist who excels in this role:Performs diagnostic testing on patient samples to assist physicians in diagnosing and monitoring disease states.Reports to the Director of Laboratory Services.Patient Populations Served: Does not directly treat or care for patients.Protected Health Information Accessed: Demographic, Clinical, Insurance, Financial, Complete Medical Record.Exposure: Occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens is present.Physical Requirements: Frequent sitting, computer/data entry, and equipment handling; occasional standing, walking, and light lifting.Regular exposure to biological and chemical hazards, including blood and bodily fluids, hazardous medications, and latex.Why join usWe believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
