Were seeking an Insurance Sales Rep to handle sales, support customer retention, and identify additional sales opportunities. Youll work with warm leads and existing customers while providing knowledgeable service throughout the sales process. This hybrid role offers flexibility in your work location while providing a clear path to future opportunities, such as Assistant Customer Service and Sales Manager.

• $40,000 Base: with First-year earnings expected between of $50,000 and $70,000+

• Sell Property and Casualty insurance products.
• Strengthen customer retention through consistent follow-up.
• Provide customer service throughout the sales process.

• Active Illinois Property and Casualty license.
• Bilingual Spanish is not required but is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using computer platforms and technology.
• Social media skills.
• Strong customer service and follow-up abilities.
