Roper Staffing is hiring for an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee and direct the accounting activities for a growing organization. This position will supervise accounting staff and support key functions including billing, collections, payroll, budgeting, financial reporting, and internal controls. The Accounting Manager will assist with financial forecasts, annual budgets, audits, and preparation of periodic financial reports while ensuring compliance with GAAP and applicable state and federal requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field and a minimum of five years of relevant accounting experience are required, along with previous experience managing a small team. Manufacturing experience and knowledge of ERP systems or relational databases, particularly Navision, are preferred. Candidates should be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while providing sound financial guidance and maintaining accurate, compliant accounting practices. Pay based on experience: 90-115k annually.
