Acute Care OT - PRN with Sign-On Bonus

Position Overview Occupational Therapist (OT) – PRN, Acute Care Rehab Team at Baptist Medical Center, downtown Jacksonville, Florida. Work Schedule PRN coverage of at least 3 day shifts per month, with weekend coverage rotation. Job Responsibilities Evaluates and treats patients in an adult acute care setting. Provides minimal outpatient care, primarily for neuro patients and upper extremity wounds (competency training provided). Works in a team environment with other Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Speech‑Language Pathologists. Provides ongoing patient and family education. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams outside Rehab Services (hospitalists, physician specialists, nursing, and social services). Experience Requirements 1 or more years of Acute Care Occupational Therapist experience preferred. Education & Credential Requirements Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy required. Licensed Occupational Therapist from Florida Department of Health required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association required. Benefits Up to $1,000 sign‑on bonus.
