Case Manager

In this role, you'll work directly with our adult clients to develop treatment plans, enhance their skills, and support their independence, enabling them to live as autonomously as possible in the community. You'll encourage self‑determination by helping clients recognize their own strengths and facilitate psychosocial development including social, intellectual, and behavioral skill building. This is a full‑time, permanent position with working hours Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Salary is based on relevant work experience and education. Minimum Qualifications Associate's Degree (Case Management or related experience can substitute for education on a year‑for‑year basis.) One year of experience providing direct service in the field of human services. Valid driver's licence with the ability to clear JAMHI auto insurance screening. Preferred Qualifications Providing direct services with persons experiencing severe mental illness and co‑occurring disorders. All JAMHI positions require the ability to pass a criminal background check in accordance with the current state regulation requirements.
