The posted compensation range of $29.36 - $43.68 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Clinic RN in our Infusion clinic, you will be integral to planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care following established protocols and policies. You'll collaborate closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants to ensure patients and families receive exceptional care and education, promoting optimal health and well-being. Every day you will provide direct patient care, including administering prescribed medications and infusion therapies, while monitoring patient conditions and ensuring a seamless care experience. You will work closely with the Nurse Manager and the clinical team to assess patient needs, plan and adjust care, and educate patients about health maintenance and community support services.
To be successful in this role, you will combine robust clinical knowledge and technological proficiency with genuine compassion, strong communication skills, and an adaptable approach to learning and patient-centered care.
Monitor and chart patient conditions, noting changes and responding to adverse reactions
Administer prescribed medications and intravenous fluids, recording details accurately
Measure and document vital signs such as height, weight, blood pressure, and respiration
Collect patient samples, including blood, as needed for testing
Educate patients on health maintenance, adoption of healthy behaviors, and available community resources
Assist in coordinating smooth transitions of care across multiple settings
Incorporate quality indicators and patient-specific variables into care plans
Discharge patients following the completion of therapies
Job Requirements
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Registered Nurse: AR, upon hire and
Basic Life Support - CPR, within 30 Days
