The Opportunity

We are seeking motivated individuals interested in building a career and business as a Remote Life Insurance Broker

This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential. This is not a salaried or hourly employee position.

Brokers work remotely with individuals and families to identify their insurance needs, educate them on available options, and help them secure appropriate coverage.

No previous insurance experience is required. Applicants must either hold an active insurance license or be willing to obtain one. Training and guidance are provided for individuals entering the industry.

Responsibilities

• Connect with individuals and families seeking insurance solutions

• Assess client needs and budget

• Educate clients on available life insurance options

• Recommend appropriate coverage based on each client's situation

• Complete applications and follow through on the underwriting process

• Maintain communication and provide ongoing client service

• Participate in training and professional development

• Manage your schedule, activity, and business goals independently

Qualifications

• Current Life Insurance License OR willingness to obtain one

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Coachable and willing to learn

• Sales experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Compensation is commission-based and is not guaranteed.

There is no cap on commission earnings. Actual income will vary based on individual sales activity, production, experience, and other factors.
