The ideal candidates will possess a strong commitment to patient-centered care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in diverse care environments. All positions are paid roles, including internships, with a focus on fostering a supportive and professional work atmosphere.DutiesProvide compassionate assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.Monitor and observe patients' conditions, accurately documenting vital signs and medical information using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.Assist with medication administration following prescribed protocols while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient privacy.Support clients in assisted living, nursing homes, or home settings by delivering personalized care tailored to individual needs.Utilize medical terminology appropriately when recording patient data or communicating with healthcare teams.Operate medical equipment such as Hoyer lifts, catheters, and other assistive devices safely and effectively.Engage in dementia, Alzheimer's, memory care, and hospice care practices to ensure comfort and safety for vulnerable populations.Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe environment conducive to healing and well-being.Compensation: $14.00 - $17.00 per hourWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.Right at Home's mission is simple...to improve the quality of life for those we serve.
