Nephrology Advanced Practice Clinician

Job Overview A full‑time Advanced Practice Clinician (NP or PA‑C) position in our 6‑physician Nephrology Department at Vancouver Clinic. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive, compassionate care to end‑stage renal disease patients on dialysis at various dialysis units within a 30‑minute driving radius. Collaborate closely with attending nephrologists for monthly hemodialysis rounding. Maintain a proactive, team‑oriented approach to patient health care. Adhere to clinic protocols and deliver high‑quality patient care. Qualifications Licensed NP or PA‑C. Experience in nephrology preferred; at least 1 year of experience in primary care or related field acceptable. Team attitude and proactive approach to patient health care. Valid state credentials and ability to work in Washington. Schedule & Compensation Full‑time, Monday to Friday schedule with no call and flexible scheduling. Salary model: $132,752 – $158,919 (subject to change). Benefits Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, long‑term disability.
