We're hiring a licensed PTA to work with one of our trusted clients where you'll support patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries-helping them manage pain and regain movement-under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Apply today and a recruiter will follow up with next steps. Minimum Requirements: Associate's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Florida. Ability to provide physical therapy treatment in an outpatient setting per an established plan under PT supervision. Experience or comfort documenting treatment and patient interactions in an electronic medical record system. CPR/BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. New graduates are welcome to apply. What You'll Do Provide physical therapy treatment to patients in accordance with an established treatment plan as directed by a Physical Therapist. Progress patients skillfully and safely through levels of treatment within patient capabilities. Consult with supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient progress and condition changes. Document all treatment and pertinent patient interactions in accordance with policies. Provide education to patients and families regarding home programs and activities. Develop and maintain effective communication with patients, families, and the rehabilitation team. Collaborate with teammates to grow clinical skills and clinic culture.
