Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol Specialist Full Time in Fort Worth, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a government transportation location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support riders, visitors, and staff with exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule DayTime Mon05:00 AM - 03:00 PM Tue05:00 AM - 03:00 PM Sun05:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to riders, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a government transportation location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random patrols of transit facilities, platforms, parking areas, administrative spaces, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential issues. Monitor access points and public areas, assist with directions and general information, and/or help address rule violations or suspicious behavior in accordance with site expectations. Support daily operations by communicating with site contacts, first responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, unusual activity, and conditions observed during assigned shifts. Minimum Requirements At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
