We’re hiring a Safety Coordinator at our Corporate Headquarters in Columia, MO , and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. The Safety Coordinator supports the Safety team with the coordination and execution of safety programs, projects, training, reporting, communication, and administrative processes. This role works closely with multiple departments to help maintain organization, improve processes, support compliance efforts, and assist with day-to-day team operations. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn. Primary Responsibilities Support safety programs, projects, and departmental initiatives Assist with scheduling, reporting, documentation, communication, and recordkeeping Coordinate training sessions, meetings, audits, and travel logistics Maintain and update internal tracking systems, dashboards, and project tool Assist with compiling and analyzing data to support team goals and process improvements Partner with internal departments, branch locations, and vendors on safety-related needs Help maintain policies, procedures, and training documentation Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned Why EquipmentShare?
