They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring order accuracy before pickup. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction. What you’ll do As an online order filler, you will shop for customers across all departments, assemble orders, and dispense them to in‑store and pickup customers. The role is fast‑paced, especially during evenings, weekends, and holidays, and may involve juggling online and in‑store customer needs.
