Autumn Winds Assisted Living, a privately owned 8-bed CBRF located in a peaceful environment just outside of Cambridge, is looking for a compassionate and dedicated NOC Shift Caregiver to join our team. As a NOC Shift Caregiver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our residents during the overnight hours. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with daily living activities such as dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Monitoring residents’ health and reporting any changes to the appropriate team members.
- Providing companionship and emotional support to residents.
- Maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
- Following individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.

We’re seeking a caregiver who is compassionate, reliable, and ready to make a difference. To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 1 year of caregiving experience .
- A strong commitment to providing high-quality care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
