At Kingston Bay Senior Living, an Agemark Senior Living community, our Caregivers play an important role in helping residents feel safe, supported, and at home. We’re looking for a compassionate, dependable On-Call Caregiver who can support our team across a variety of shifts as needed.
What You’ll Do
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including dressing, bathing, meals, and personal care
- Monitor residents’ well-being and promptly report changes in condition
- Encourage independence while providing compassionate, personalized support
- Build meaningful connections with residents, families, and coworkers
- Maintain residents’ safety, dignity, and respect at all times
What Makes You a Great Fit
- You have a positive attitude and genuine passion for working with seniors
- You have availability across AM, PM, and NOC shifts based on community needs
- You’re dependable, flexible, and a supportive team player
- You have strong communication skills and approach residents with patience and empathy
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required. We provide training!
