We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and passionate Pizza Chef to join our growing team. If you take pride in making high-quality pizzas, work well in a fast-paced kitchen, and enjoy being part of a professional team, we’d love to meet you!
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to DonMarko recipes and quality standards.
- Stretch and prepare fresh dough.
- Assemble pizzas with accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
- Follow food safety and health regulations.
- Assist with ingredient preparation and inventory.
- Work efficiently during busy lunch and dinner shifts.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience as a Pizza Chef or Pizza Maker (preferred).
- Experience with hand-stretched dough is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset.
- Reliable transportation.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
