What You’ll Be Doing

As a Guest Services Agent, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an outstanding stay. Your responsibilities include:

Greeting guests with a warm smile and assisting with check-ins and check-outs.
Managing reservations and answering inquiries about the hotel and local attractions.
Resolving guest concerns with professionalism and care to ensure satisfaction.
Maintaining accurate records of guest accounts and payments.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
