Job Title: Registered Nurse - Home Health (Travel)

Location: Covington, GA

Pay: $2,446 per week

Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Home Health for a travel assignment in Covington, GA. This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care and case management in home settings, ensuring the health maintenance and disease prevention for the individuals served. The position includes coordination with other healthcare providers and overseeing care plans and staff.

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Home Health

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing support for individuals
Coordinate care with other health professionals and providers
Ensure the safety and effectiveness of medication administration and management
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of health status and care activities
Supervise licensed practical/vocational nurses as needed
Provide training for unlicensed staff on health maintenance and safety

Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Home Health

GA License or compact licenses
Home health experience: HCHB, OASIS
Able to meet productivity requirement of 30 points per week
