Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift ICU/CCU travel position in Moberly, MO, requiring at least 1 year of ICU/CCU experience and current ACLS and PALS certifications.

Details

• ICU/CCU setting within a regional medical center in Moberly, MO
• 8-bed ICU/CCU unit caring for critically ill and injured patients
• Patient ratio of 1:2–3
• Night shift schedule: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
• Floating to Med/Surg required
• No on-call required
• Charting performed in Medhost EMR
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active MO RN license or Compact RN license required
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (no certifications may expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start date)
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU/CCU RN experience required
• Valid U.S. driver's license required
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include continuous monitoring, rapid assessment, and intervention for critically ill patients
• Manages ventilators, medication drips, and complex medical equipment
• Collaborates with physicians on treatment plans and provides support to patients and families
• Any solid scrub color is acceptable
• Blocked scheduling may be requested
• RTO requests must be less than one week in duration
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this travel position
• Candidates who have worked at any CHS facility as permanent staff within the past 2 years are not eligible for this position
