Residential Service Technician

Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment, including:
Indoor Equipment: Furnace, Air Handler, Evaporator Coil, Blower Motor, Condensate Pan/Pump, Air Filter, Humidifier, Dehumidifier, UV Light/Air Purifier
Outdoor Equipment: Condensing Unit, Heat Pump Unit, Fan Motor & Blade, Refrigerant Lineset, Line Set Cover, Condenser Pad/Mount
Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections
Document work and communicate findings clearly to customers
Ensure work meets quality standards and safety requirements
Maintain a clean, organized, professional service vehicle
Deliver excellent customer service and uphold company values
Requirements
3+ years residential HVAC experience
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Independent, detail-oriented, customer-service focused
Clean driving record and valid license
Able to lift 40+ lbs, climb ladders, work in attics/crawlspaces, and handle heavy equipment
Safety-first mindset (OSHA knowledge a plus)
OSHA 10 or 30 certification
EPA Universal Certification
Journeyman license (required)
