Residential Service Technician
We're a culture-focused company built on being real, consistent, optimistic, hardworking, and supportive. We're looking for a skilled Residential Service Technician who takes pride in doing the job right the first time and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment, including:
- Indoor Equipment: Furnace, Air Handler, Evaporator Coil, Blower Motor, Condensate Pan/Pump, Air Filter, Humidifier, Dehumidifier, UV Light/Air Purifier
- Outdoor Equipment: Condensing Unit, Heat Pump Unit, Fan Motor & Blade, Refrigerant Lineset, Line Set Cover, Condenser Pad/Mount
- Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections
- Document work and communicate findings clearly to customers
- Ensure work meets quality standards and safety requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, professional service vehicle
- Deliver excellent customer service and uphold company values
Requirements
- 3+ years residential HVAC experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Independent, detail-oriented, customer-service focused
- Clean driving record and valid license
- Able to lift 40+ lbs, climb ladders, work in attics/crawlspaces, and handle heavy equipment
- Safety-first mindset (OSHA knowledge a plus)
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification
- EPA Universal Certification
- Journeyman license (required)
