Qualifications

• State License License must be in hand at time of application.
• Certifications ACLS. Willing to obtain allowed for ACLS.
• Certifications PALS. Willing to obtain allowed for PALS.
• Certifications BLS. Willing to obtain allowed for BLS.
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Operating Room in last 3 years.
• Skills Assessment ORO skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• References 2 Charge RN references within the last 2 years.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with endoscopy and endoscopic procedures is required.
• Additional Confirmations Strong orthopedics experience is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with eye procedures, including cataracts, is required.
• Additional Confirmations Urology experience is required.
• Additional Confirmations General surgery experience is required.
• Additional Confirmations GYN experience is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with pain injections is required.
• Travel Contract Must travel at least 50.0 miles to receive a travel stipend. Local candidates are eligible, but the pay package may adjust the rate by a few dollars per hour, will not contain a travel stipend, and will be entirely taxable.
