Payments Optimization & Analytics Analyst

Ridgewood Savings Bank is seeking a Payments Specialist to optimize and enhance payment processes across ACH and real-time rails, collaborating with IT, product, operations, risk, and branches. You will analyze payment flows, maintain dashboards, monitor risk indicators, support overdraft and ACH operations, ensure compliance with policies, and communicate clearly with colleagues.
